Are the VA Police covered under the LE retirement and do they have off duty carry and so on...

Can't speak for the working conditions of the VA Police, but there are some VA folks on here who should be able to give you the 411. As for the other questions, they do not receive law enforcement retirement (i.e. no '6c'), rather the standard government retirement. However they do qualify under HR218 for off-duty carry, but if something goes down, you're probably on your own....
