I need opinions please!! ASAP!!
Ok, so I completed my e-QIP two days ago. Now I'm just concerned about one particular issue. A few months ago I got a 30 day suspesion in my current job to avoid termination. The reason: I got 6 missouts (tardiness) due to family issues that have been resolved for the time being. I was given an opportunity to explain my situation in a formal hearing and they spared my life by letting me keep my job. They understood my family situation but the suspesion had to be executed in liue of my termination as per rules and policies within the company. My missouts have cleared now and can't be use against me anymore. The company understood my situation and have been very supportive. My family as well was supportive since I was feeling terrible to be disciplined this way for the first time in my entire life. I was just recently promoted to full-time status and things are going smooth.
When I applied back in September, I thought this process would be a walk in the park. Now this happens and I feel like I was trying to cross the border illegaly through Tijuana with an yellow safety vest on.
It's frustrating for me to have to explain this since my employment record has always been spotless, up until now. My criminal record, school records, credit history, drug usage, or anything you could think of is also immaculate. I am a happy family guy with a gorgeous wife (how humble!) and a beautiful baby-girl. Not a church goer but peacefully loves to watch the game on Sundays. I'm not a thug' but I'm not the perfect dude either. Do you guys think this will hurt a lot? Any input, opinion, or joke would be highly appreciated."All that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing." -Edmund Burke

Today, 2 Border Patrol Agents were killed. For further information go to www.azcentral.com, The Agents were involved in a car accident in Gila Bend, AZ. More than likely the agents were assigned to the Yuma Sector. Our thoughts with the families of these Agents.Go wildcats!
