Something similar happened to me. Keep checking CASS and hope a FEDEX envelope doesn't shop up at your door asking for more info!

To be honest, you'll take some ribbing about earrings at first, then it just becomes part of the background. Tattoos are the same deal, only to a lesser extent. (Unless they're something that stands out, like gang tats or something like that.) Under the new uniform policy, you'll have to keep your tats covered on duty anyway, so they might not even get noticed.

It is not supposed to set me back much, as soon as they receive my letter with the medical information, they should review it and accept or DQ me based on it. In my case, the Dr. who conducted the test, my mom and me think they will accept it as everything is by the sight standards given in the letter and the ones in the booklet

                      So everything should be fine

                      • Yeah to me the whole process so far has been strange, ive been waiting alomost a year to get to this point, i was suprised when they called to tell me i had 48 hrs to get a drug test, so i checked my cass and my BI had been completed. The last time i checked CASS was last week, so this all happened within a week. Im still waiting on my Quals, which i figuired would have been done long ago.

Other than my BI, I am still waiting on my qualifications also. Glad to hear it's not just me.

I have to tell you guy's, without this forum and Honorfirst, I would be so lost on what to expect as far as procedure and timelines.

It actually does delay your process. I had the same situation with my eyes. Got them fixed and sent them back my info. It delayed my process approx. 4 weeks or so.

It was canceled. More people want to watch people dance with stars for some reason.
