    Sylva Academy

I attended this academy in 2000. It was ten weeks long. The cost compared to others is awesome. The firearms is great and they do a great job with the legal/law studies. Not much PT but you will learn some good stuff doing defensive tactics. Some of your scenarios will take place in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The tests and quizzes aren't too difficult. Make sure you have a sturdy duty belt before you go. Any more specifics, I will get back to you.

      Good Academy

I also attended this academy in 2000. It is a very good academy with some very good firearms training, good DT and also some good driving training (we got to beat the crap out of some old State Police patrol cars at a nearby airstrip). Also its a very nice area...have fun!
"Thats a pretty cool sidearm you got there....What is it?"
"I don't know what its called, I just know the sound it makes when it takes a mans life"
