Hello,

I got an invite to complete the phase one assessment. What does that entail?

It should be the test at a test center.

Phase two is the proctored exam

Phase I Assessments:
An invitation to complete an online assessment will be extended to those given priority consideration.
Assessments in Phase I can be taken during the time frame specified in the invitation email and may be completed from any computer with internet access.
Anticipated assessment window: January 19-23, 2023
Phase II Assessments:
Applicants passing Phase I assessments will receive an invitation to complete Phase II assessments; detailed information about the scheduling process will be emailed.
Phase II assessments are taken together, under the supervision of a proctor, by appointment only at ICE-designated testing centers.
Anticipated assessment window: February 14-27 2023
Phase III Structured Interview:
Applicants earning passing scores on all Phase I and II assessments will be referred for a Structured Interview.
These interviews will be administered throughout the country following Phase I and II assessments.
All interviews will be conducted in a virtual environment by a panel of experienced criminal investigators. Applicants who successfully complete Phases I, II, and III will be placed in a category based upon their combined scores from the assessments.
Anticipated assessment window: Beginning March 23, 2023

Just completed the phase one test. I only wrote about 200 words for the “essay” portion, and the situational portion was interesting.. Does anyone know how quickly the results can be acquired?

I just completed it as well. Some of the questions on that second test just made me feel as though they wanted to see if you would do your job without constantly needing a supervisor to do it for you. It will probably be a few weeks before we get the results. That's my guess anyway based on assessment windows.

Got my Phase 2 scheduled for Tuesday. Now I just have to continue to get back into shape. Being almost 40 and a family man hasn't helped my physical fitness at all.
