Federal Reserve Police

Is there anyone here that can provide more recent insight into the Federal Reserve Police? I know what the work is like but how's the culture, pay, etc. I noticed Most, if not all of the Federal Reserve banks have posted ads for Police Officer positions within the past 2 weeks. Usually I would just see a couple here or there, but I thought it was interesting to see most of the banks hiring for Police Officers recently. I just interviewed with one of the banks and I'm waiting to hear back.

I’d guess this is a basic Security Guard position,…..mind numbing boredom.

I applied and received a job officer unfortunately the salary was a little on the lower end with no set pay raises.
