I will say, that enduring the wait of this application process, has made me a more patient person, and tolerant of extremely long waits at amusement parks.

I recall you saying that, but I think I am at email 4 to HR to fix the issue. It appears to happen around every 45 days or so. Just seems off.

I am ‘22 applicant. I check it once in a while, that is how I found out my medical app needed to be scheduled.

I’ve asked this before, but for those from 20-21 if you go to this website https://onboard.usastaffing.gov/ does it say “no active records”.

I’ve emailed HR several times and they say it happens automatically and to email them to change the status so you can login.

Does anyone even check that website?

Mike, I rescheduled mine 3x. I would’ve interviewed in February at the earliest though.

Yes they’ll email you, mines was a week later. We had same NOR timeframes but I did my interview back in November yikes what a effed up process

Are they still sending out a courtesy email after interviews to let you know if you passed or not?

August 2022: NOR GL 5 & 7
January 2023: Notice to schedule interview
May 2023: Interview

DSApplicant I don’t recall ever seeing a task list. Only portal access I have is the OPM one where I uploaded my resume and other docs. But mine says selected.
I’ve been in the “cleared to move to hiring pool” phase since February. Feb 2022 info session.

Pomona794 when you get an email to start uploading your documents, you will be sent a link to your onboarding portal where you will have a task list. Where are you in the process?
