-side note: I couldn’t understand before why some people get to the end of the process and turn the offer down, but now I definitely see how it happens. I’m committed and motivated to do it don’t get me wrong but it’s been 10 months. I’ve started a new career in that time because I need to pay bills lol. I will probably be promoted before my background check even finishes and will then have to decide if I’m going to take a VERY substantial pay cut. It’s a long road ladies and gents. Curious what other peoples situations are/what you all are doing in the meantime.
