Was just notified that I passed the interview! Only been about two weeks since I did mine. Hopefully the TOLs come sooner than 5-6 months but regardless, the chains are moving so hang in there guys.

same, except i did my interview on Friday and got told i passed today (Tuesday). Another guy i know didn't get his results for 2 months so not sure what the reason is for me to get the results so quickly but im not complaining.

Just got the invitation to apply. Did you all submit cover letters? I see it's optional.

I'd say it does not hurt to put one in. Hiring officials may look at it if you get cleared for hiring.

Is the posting on USAJobs, or do you have to be invited to apply? I've made more than one attempt to contact a recruiter to get on an email list with no luck.

GC97, you have to attend the info session if you havent. Theyll take your email there and when they're ready, they'll send you an individualized link to apply on USAJOBs. You cant openly search for it.

Do you get a confirmation email after completing the assessments? I finished them but did not receive an email to confirm afterwards.

Yes, they usually send an email saying they have been successfully submitted.

Strange, I completed all the assessments and it sent me back to the main screen but I never got an email confirmation.

I dont think i got a notification that they were submitted. Only that i was referred a month later.

I would log into USA Jobs and then track the application. It should take you to an OPM website and it will say what has been completed or is outstanding.

About how long after the referral email did you guys get the next email? It's been almost 2 months since I got referred but haven't heard anything else yet.

It took me about a month and a half from my referral to get notified about interviews

I got an email saying “ You PASSED your Structured Interview and will now move to the next step in the hiring process. Please be patient and continue to monitor your email. Understand that this is a lengthy process, however, you will be contacted by the USMS in the near future. ” But I did not get a TOL yet, and interviewed in May.

Still nothing! I told myself I wouldn’t reach out to OPM and to remain patient but almost 3 months to tell us whether or not we passed an assessment is kinda excessive.

My buddy and I started the process together. Ironically we interviewed the same day, same city, different times. We received our passing interview email on the same day at different times. Today, he received his TOL. I checked my emails to find out that I have not received my TOL. I was waiting until the end of the day (business hours) to see if I was going to receive it and nothing. I hope my name did not get lost in the pool as it tends to happen to many applicants.

It's coming. A lot of people are in similar situations, this process can be unpredictable.

Seems like needs of the USMS dictates how many and which stations get TOLs issued.

Same thing happened with a friend and I interviewed the same week in April and both notified we passed but he received his TOL last week. Going to wait out this week or email OPM.
