Hey guys! Just got a very awesome call from someone from ATF.
Cleared background (yay)!
He told me to keep an eye out for the firm offer.
He said next IOI class is April 24, I'm not sure if he meant that or if he meant EOD. He said I should be getting FO anytime within next two weeks.
I did ask questions to get this info to the standard SAIOI email. Giddy with excitement

New update, received a new email with Tentative Offer in the subject line. New location, same paygrade, new paperwork to fill out on the USA staffing website. It sent me the whole security package paperwork again.
Also, I have only applied to one IOI posting, so I'm wondering if this is the predecessor to a FO.

Does anyone know or have heard about the pass/fail rate of this training? Are the classes known to be pretty difficult or will they be moderate/chill like a BOP training?


I’m part of the group that interviewed back in December and currently in the adjudication phase and just curious.

Well, I'm disappointed. . . I reached out today to SAIOI to see if I could get an update on my application based on the recent posts on this thread. So far I've been on par with everyone moving through the process. The last correspondence I got from USAJOBS was that I was referred to the Hiring Manager in Kansas City. When I got the referral email on 2/2 my status changed just like TxOfc92 to not selected but I wasn't worried about it as they had reached out to SAIOI and they said it wasn't accurate. About an hour after I sent my email today I got an automated email saying I wasn't selected. I guess all I can do at this point is wait for another application round and apply again.

I have a very similar situation and work background going on now. You can't get a hold of anyone really so I called random numbers. One person said folks will reach out when they see what went wrong. You can PM me if you like.

Ahrensgov2012 I didn’t reach out to SAIOI, when I saw that changed, I wrote an email to the HR specialist listed on the TO. She responded quickly that it was incorrect. I also didn’t get an email afterwards saying I wasn’t selected. Hopefully you can find something out.

Ahrensgov2012 Mine also didn't switch to "Not Selected," mine says "Not Referred." which may just be semantics, but if your app says "Not Selected" and you received an email saying you were not selected, that may be the case. Mine still says "Not Referred" even though I received the email showing I was referred to all 3 locations. Either way, I would follow up with the HR specialist that was listed on your TO.

I did the paperwork packet and fingerprints within 3 days when I got them 12/23. I did drug test on 1/4, I got a referral to Hiring Manager email twice. I never got an Eqip but I have an active TS/SCI clearance.

I really think you will be fine. I am sure it’s just USA jobs messing things up.

I really hope so. . . It does seem that ATF is disjointed from USAJOBS so maybe it's an error.

The SAIOI email is not helpful they will just send you generic reply’s back. The only thing you can do is just wait. They get dozens of emails everyday and cannot provide a status update for everyone.

Just a FYI to anyone that goes through this hiring process.

Once you receive a Tentative Offer make sure you keep an eye on your ONBOARD USA Staffing account while waiting.

If you try to login to that account while waiting on your next step and the account changes and gives you this message....

No Active Records Your attempt to login failed because USA Staffing could not find any active records associated with the USAJOBS account you authenticated with. If you believe you are receiving this message in error, please contact your Human Resources office)

That is one indicator that you were not selected for the position.

Just got my not selected email from [email protected] Definitely disappointed but it just wasn't meant for me right now.

Some really odd things occurring the last several days in this hiring process that I haven't seen before. I hope it's just USAjobs staffing not playing well with what is actually going on with ATF HR. Here's to hoping this isn't the case 1HungryFED

I got that same msg. I emailed the hr rep and they fixed it and sent me a TO. Check the email that had the link. Mine said that it was an invite to continue processing not a TO. After I emailed HR I got a TO

Just keep a eye on your TO account. The invite to continue the process is before you receive the TO. Now that you have access to that link just keep a eye on it during the entire process. If you are no longer granted access to view it that is a indicator that you are no longer in the process. I noticed this about a week ago and yesterday I received a email saying that I was not selected.

thats interesting i feel like after you accepted the TO that link would not work anymore but I also haven't clicked on it. I will try and click on it after work today and see what happens.

My profile said selected - down the road changed three times, and now nada, no access etc.

what profile? when you click track app off the usajobs posting? or through your TO link?

Khamorski, you should be able to access it through TO link, most recent one if you received multiple. If you cannot access it that way, try googling "onboarding USA staffing" click the respective URL and login via USA jobs log in that way to navigate to your profile.

I've only selected the tentative offer in the link from the invitation to continue, stated duty station, excepted and went through the process, sounds like the ball dropped a few places. Also, been informed by a rep.that there is something going on with this system. Not more to give at the moment, just having faith they fix the glitches.

Just got a phone call asking if I was still interested and verified I will be receiving a FO letter.
FOs start rolling out as soon as today ! Keep an eye on those emails

I know I've posted a lot but here I am again. Just accepted FO, EOD is virtual and is 24 April. Yes. I work here. It got moved to Huntsville about a year or so ago.

There is talk it will be moved back to FLETC but likely not this year. Huntsville is SO much better than FLETC.

no FO for me just yet, how ever I did receive a call from HR lady. Downside is I am 3 hours behind so by the time I got the call she was already out of office so I will find out more tomorrow.
