I did my interview in November and got my TOL end of December. Waiting on the next steps hoping it goes smooth and as quick as possible.

If you received a TOL, you should be good to move onto the medical stage... give it time.

Stick to STAR format and you should be fine, especially if you've done other gov panel interviews.
