How is it that FLETC can't get their hands on tests for students coming back and instead are relying on 14 days of wasted time in quarantine?

Medical testing is never 100%, and there’s the possibility that the tests might be in low supply in the future. While time might cost a lot in terms of salary, it probably costs less to do a preventative quarantine than to miss one case and end up having to shut the whole place down, kick everyone back home, clean the place, and start over.

The quarantine and restricting students from going off center is basically defeated by still having staff and contractors going on and off, not to mention the roll players.

9L81 Where did you hear no more new classes this year? This fiscal year, as in till October? Or this calendar year?

Chifan12 Are they planning on bringing back citp classes 1 at a time? Basically one graduates now the next one can start? Only one citp at a time?

Sports21 I'm not privy to the exact method of how many classes will come back at a time. There are several post citp classes there also (Ex ATF SABT, HSISAT) those classes have to resume too. I don't know the plan for the "police" type training for uniformed usss or FBI police or cbp who are down there as well. I don't think they'll wait for a class to graduate before bringing in another, I think it'll be a numbers game.

Check the other FLETC thread. Someone had an update showing that FLETC cancelled a ton of upcoming classes. Presumably because they’re going to limit the amount of classes in session at a time to lower the number of people there.
