Finally got my TOL. Philly Interview in June.

USMS does not lateral people from other agencies. To the best of my knowledge all new hires must complete BDUSMI.

Does anybody know if the USMS still runs the Abbreviated Deputy Training for people lateraling over from other federal agencies with CITP under their belt ?

TXSP. Update background cleared 11/24/21. Waiting on medical. Odd BI cleared faster than medical, but pleased.

I had emailed them about something unrelated. In their reply, they included the info that my background had cleared almost a month prior.

How you find out your BI cleared? They send you an email? In Sept HR emailed me.saying I was still I the process but did not update to BI or Medical.

I attended October 2020 San Antonio info session. Background was cleared October 2021. As far as I know, my medical has not cleared. I’m hoping they are done sending offers to the 2018/2019 applicants and will start the 2020s for the April and beyond academies.
