I wouldn’t assume that they’ll pause the process for you. I left the Guard specifically because I had issues scheduling job interviews while serving.

Try to get ahold of someone and notify them, I asked a question relative to this during my interview. I asked about being at an academy for another agency and if I was not able to say, do a medical exam or PT test due to that, how would that affect me, would I have to drop out and start all over. I was told the only time they have seen anyone get a pass and being able to reschedule any part of the process for a future date was due to military obligations. I would definitely reach out as soon as possible.
