Hello there,

Just a question to all the applicants who have gone through this process, What can I expect after I get my interview from one of the Detectives? I live here in miami so I've been getting everything done quickly and the process is going smooth. I applied for the November announcement. Maybe I will hear any news soon after my interview...I hope so.
Maybe you guys who have gone through this process can help me out and guide me with some positive feedback...

Yes!

Just finished my personal interview today and my drug screening shows as checked off. Still waiting for my medical to clear and my BI. I am patiently waiting for some great news!

Not true. ICE 1811's get to add LEAP to their retirement which makes their high three substantially higher.............not the case for CBPO's. You may have 6C which refers to LEO/FF retirement but you don't have LEAP and, as a result, it is not the same.

CBPO's add half of thier earned overtime per year for thier high three into thier retirement.

Actually, unless I'm completely wrong...CBPO's add in all their OT up to 50% of the statutory cap...currently @ 35K.

Or, to put it another way...up to 17.5K in OT is currently figured in to the high three for CBPO retirement.

I got a note on CASS saying that I have been sent a letter requesting additional medical information. Now I really do not have a clue what that is...I got my BI interview this week done, and all my contacts got their interviews also...Does anybody know how long I should wait after all the requirements are checked off at CASS??? And when are the FLETC classes schedule for?
Any help would be truly appreciate it...

My background was shown checked off in cass yesterday..I took my physical Feb. 11. Is your medical completed and checked?
