  • Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium Employment

I took a class recently through the Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium (RDPC). The instructor was a retired cop and did a great job with the class. I am giving some thought to applying to be an instructor for them. I am just wondering if anybody here has done this or is doing this, either for RDPC or a similar organization? If so, what is the compensation like? It looks like it might be pretty good post-retirement work.

That is a good question. I don't know the answer, however. I just happened to see the Instructor Application on-line, but they might always take applications continuously.

Go for it! It’s like being a FLETC Instructor. You can work as part of the training team for your state. You got nothing to lose.
