I received this email on 11/26/18 and have not received an update since. My status on USAJobs remains “referred”

Honestly, luck. ICE postings seem to go up at noon, whereas other agencies go up at midnight

you people need to stop spreading rumors - there were no 2019 announcements - of any kind - for deportation officers.

Well since the federal government uses the fiscal year then it's a safe bet to use that as at least an alternative. Same would apply if they used the lunar year, or Chinese year.

I called ICE HR a few days ago and got a voicemail saying they were closed for the duration of the shutdown.

Now that the shutdown is over, hopefully we hear something before February 15th (when fed gov might shutdown again)
