Make sure y'all don't have anything in your junk mail. From what I'm gathering, you'll get a phone call like Kmeich or email with the Applicant disclosure before you get anything in the mail if you're selected.

Received an applicant disclosure form this morning. Hopefully this is the last hurdle.

It was asking for disclosure of any family members that currently work for DOJ. Had a quick 24 hour turn-in requirement.

This might be off topic but any ideas when the next IOI announcement will be out? I only found out about this position recently and I don't know if these announcements are rare or if they come out frequently. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

From my experience I've only seen 2 announcements in 2.5 years. One was Spring 2016 (which I didn't apply for because I was in Afghanistan) and the other which was in Spring 2017. The process has taken about a 6+ months so far. I'd be on the lookout for Spring/early Summer 2018.

Also, if you qualify for this job you'd definitely want to consider applying for similar announcements as not to put all your eggs in one basket.

For those of you who recieved the applicant disclosure paperwork did it come via email or fedex?

It came by email.

I emailed ATF Hr and they said not all selections have been made at this time. Also, February and July are still currently the next two academies.

So nothing new. All quiet on my end.

Based on the assumption that the February class starts Feb 1st, December 7th is exactly 8 weeks. Nothing on my end either. Hope this happens in the next week.
