Anyway, just wondering what offices have been offered besides SF NY LA and MIA recently, haven't seen much other. Now just waiting on The Call.

I have to say, it is great to see people making the dream happen even after an initial setback. I failed the SAEE in October and am really itching to get a second shot after April 21st. Have had a few setbacks with other 1811 so far, and the above posts have given me renewed drive to keep gunning for the gold.

How long did it take most of your investigators to finish your BI and hear back?

It varies. It all depends on your background. Let's say you are in the military or you are a dependent or spouse of a military member and you have lived in numerous places over an extended period of time, it might take some time to coordinate with all of the people participating in your investigation. However, they usually try to wrap it up as quickly as possible considering the hiring "push". They usually have a deadline barring any unusual circumstances.

                          New usajobs status update:

Your application is already under review.

                          Haven't seen that one before.

Maybe they just changed the wording.

I appreciate it. I am a local police officer in Virginia. I went to a local university for my bachelors/master's degree. I lived in the area for my entire life.

If you kept your nose clean and your finances in order then you background shouldn't be too extensive. However, you never know with the government.
