Has anyone out of Los Angeles gotten any results?

Haven't heard anything and I took the SPI 17 business days ago. Should I call or just play the waiting game?

I suggest waiting another week because of the holiday weekend. The last thing I would do is bug an agent who is thinking about working over the holiday or making family plans. Or who is cancelling family plans for work. It's happening now as we speak to a batch of agents. I had my HI recently and the agents got the email/text as we talked. They said it was a great example of the lifestyle. Lol. Gotta tip your hat to the USSS agents' dedication and spouses' sacrifices!

FYI, I am a June 2013 applicant. I had my SPI during Thanksgiving week. My COE email came 33 business days after, not including holidays.

I applied to the May 2014 posting and my status on USA Jobs changed to "you will be notified via email". I have not received anything yet and have been checking my spam folder as well. Anyone else changed to this?

Received the same message last week and still waiting to be "notified." Idly standing by!

I submitted my application within about an hour of closing. My status on the USSS website is "We are currently reviewing applications."

Did you apply for vet preference points?

not to be a downer........but if you got an message saying you will be notified by email.......then you did not get referred.

The email will state that after a detailed review of your resume that you did not meet the qualifications for gl7 or gl9.

I know this because I received the email for gl9.

Do they review applications in the order that they were submitted or alphabetical? My buddy with last name starting with an A received a rejection email 2 weeks ago.

I do not think there is a method. I submitted mine the first day it was open and my last name starts with a C. I haven't received anything since I received the email saying they were reviewing my résumé and I would be updated in a couple of days, which was 3 weeks ago.

The bigger question to me is when are the test dates going to be.

Correction: I received the "check your status in a couple days" email and its been a little over a week and a half. I did apply for vet pref and I would have been notified by now if they were going in alphabetical order. Just to clear that up. So not sure if the "you will be notified" email is the kiss of death, but no news is still good news in this case. Keep hope alive.

Good thing I looked at this forum. My COE has been sitting in my spam mailbox for six days time to start filling out the forms fast got 8 days. Thanks guys for the info about the spam box

I got the rejection email last night.... Just wondering what they are looking for. I know there is no reasoning the way the feds think. I have 6 years fed LE and 8 Years local.
