Best thing you've posted so far!
Concentrate on your next step, which would be receiving your NOR, then concentrate or focus on getting a TO... after that focus on passing each step. I can understand some excitement when you first apply but you guys need to take a deep breath and slow it down. Some and only some are lucky enough to get pushed through the process, and worrying about things that are not in your immediate future is useless, the time will come when you need to know what every aspect is. Now is the time to take the "chill pill", sit back and relax, and maybe work on those writing skills as well.
Good Luck to you on the rest of the process

      • No calculators and if they'll see you with a cell phone in your lap you're a toast!

You can NOT have ANYTHING on your desk when you test except your pencils, scratch paper and eraser. Sorry.

ehhh.. I hope you studied the sample tests that they have online and if you got the sample test in the mail, you understand the questions on it and the style of the test.

Each section is timed and the 4-5 hours goes by pretty quickly.

                        Oz,

Proper and effective writing skills are a must to have if you want to succeed on this job. Officers who can't take the time to learn simple language abilities and find basic information are not well suited to a job where effective report writing, searching skills, patience, and legal research skills are all important for daily success.

My background is still pending. It was submitted on 1/12/9. Do you know when your B.I. was submitted if not when did you meet your B.I? Thanks.

P.S. Anyone know what happens to my re-application if I hit TSU? Will I still get a new TO or do I need to turn down the original TO at that pont?
Once you receive your TO you cant change your geo prefrence.Im in the same boat as you. I reapplied under the current announcement, so I need to receive a new TO.

                                My question is:

Why is CBP taking more applications for Florida when there are a lot of people waiting on TSU for months? I'm working on two months and you are working on 4 months, and I know we are not the only two.

And new people welcome....this is not against you...
