Hi folks, I was 63% on CASS and I had to recertify my e-qip so it dropped back to 50%. After I submitted it and it got released to OPR it went back again 63% and then today it dropped back to 50% and my e-qip says in progress. I haven’t received and emails or anything lately.
So my question is, is that normal? Has anyone experienced this? Thank you in advance
CASS is too slow!! 3 weeks waiting for Clear Medical and Physical. No prior surgeries, no hearing problem, no vision problem. Physical Completed in like 15 minutes at the Facility.
Does anyone know how much they take normally to clear this off?
I guess it depends who's desk you're case ends up (someone here said that to me before) and it's very true, I took my Medical the 29th and got the green check mark today, one week.
18-6 DH/19-2 Regular GS9....background finally cleared and I got the call to schedule the drug test. Really trying to staying in the South East Region. Hopeing for Atlanta or possibly Dulles which was my original bid. Been in the process since April 2018
Congrats, the end of tunnel is closing in for you bro .... What was your BI journey? How long since poly did you meet with BI? and how long after you met him, your background cleared? thank you klocklear86
18-9, waiting for Poly. Hard to believe it’s been a year since the SI... I sent an email out just for the hell of it, even tho I know it probably won’t do anything. Sent it out early last week, still no response yet. Is there a better place to direct my emails to? I live in the Northeast.
been there done that brother, I used to emailed them every week for like 30 weeks, every time I always got the generic response. unfortunately, there is nothing else you can do about, I know its frustrating not to know the answers, just hang in there, our time will come. MrAce
Well I reached out to a recruiter and I received a quick response. Let’s see if they are able stir up the pot. I guess we shall see. Good luck to all waiting for their poly to be scheduled for North East: I’m in the same boat and waiting as patiently as I can. I leave to the big man above he will steer you in the right direction.
Sorry for the double post. I was 63% on CASS and I had to recertify my e-qip so it dropped back to 50%. After I submitted it and it got released to OPR it went back again 63% and then today it dropped back to 50% and my e-qip says in progress. I haven’t received and emails or anything lately.

anyone with FLETC experience knows what to pack for the academy? I know my boots and 2 pairs of running shoes, but what as far as clothes? I'm going to be at FLETC Aug 23 it is going to be hot but I know I'm going to be there during the winter months. Do we just wear uniforms during the week and only need weekend clothes?
After classes let out. You can wear whatever you want. Jeans, shorts, sweats, whatever. Just be professional, remember CBP isn't the only agency their. Many other local, state, and federal agencies use the training center. I saw a lot of people in jeans and t-shirts. And others on the way to the beach with tank-tops and shorts.
Tons of good info here. https://www.fletc.gov/glynco-georgia
and in the FLETC handbook https://www.fletc.gov/sites/default/..._4-11-2019.pdf

First day is business apparel. Dress like you are going to an interview. Bring bug spray. That and be prepared to have black and white undershirts. When I was there we were told one color for the whole class and the decision was made for us
For those who were offered locations, were any not on the list on the the hiring page?
Southern Border: Douglas, Lukeville, Nogales and San Luis, AZ; Andrade, Calexico, Otay Mesa, CA; Columbus and Santa Teresa, NM; El Paso and Presidio, TX.
