Is there a waiver process? Or am I dead in the water and just waiting to hear on my denial because of that one frequency? Thanks, guys.

Hey all, just a question to those who took the PFT2.. I'm sure this has been asked before: with the push ups are they bent down watching to see if you touch the foam block underneath? I'm a little worried about going that far down... I'm in shape and all but have always struggled with push ups. I can do about 20 going 6-7 inch from the ground but those extra inches down are killing me! Any insight is appreciated, and if you have any pointers would appreciate that as well. Running, sit ups not so much an issue... I run 5 mi about 4-5 times a wk. also, what's a realistic time frame in seriously improving push ups in your experience? Thanks so much.

Man, I'm feeling behind the curve here. I had my PFT1 and medical about two weeks ago, and haven't heard anything about the SI or VBT or anything. Seems like a lot of you guys are getting it all scheduled at around the same time. Maybe had to do with my area? Anyone else Southwest/San Ysidro?

I'm so embarrassed but when I got the call to do the pft1 and they said I had a two week window to schedule it, i couldn't do a single push-up. It was so pathetic. I practiced every single day and even took a foam block to work and would just crank them out. I ended up getting 17 at the pft1.
Whenever you get a chance just crank some out.CBPO 14-2 Applicant

Haven't been on here in a while. Glad to see some people are getting through. I'm about to hit my 1-year on the job. Anyone have any questions, feel free to ask, I'm at JFK fyi. Got back from the academy in January this year.
