    • Hello everyone, I just wanted to make sure about something. When you submit the e-qip with all necessary documents is there or is there not an immediate (or slightly delayed even) acknowledgement of receipt via email? I submitted mine 4 days ago and haven't heard anything since. I don't want to sound paranoid, just want to make sure its SOP. Thanks!

To go along with this question, are you normally notified for polygraph's via phone or email?

Pretty sure everyone has been saying it's via phone. Still waiting on my phone call, but others have been waiting a lot longer than me so I can't really complain.

A friend showed me that a while ago and knew it would be helpful in here. I'm all about sarcasm and dry humor.

A phone call then followed by an email as confirmation. And usually they request you to reply to the email to confirm you received it.

Wow two academies doesn't sound very fun hahaha

Pretty much a prerequisite in any LEO or military kind of work.

My other option I am working on is getting back into the Army. Since it's been over 3 years I have to do Basic Training again. It was "fun" enough the first time.

Though I also did a police academy too.

I have a feeling a decent amount of people don't do CBP as their first academy or military training.
But from what I hear, CBP academies are pretty light.
