What's a few? What's minor?
Are they all settled and are you currently OK with the governments of NYC and NYS?
A true few and minor tickets probably won't be a huge issue unless maybe they're exceptionally current.
Unsettled tickets and/or a clear history of multiple traffic violations might be a cause for concern.
You do need a DL for the job...

So I'm probably being too impatient here, but I took my drug test on Mar 5 and was told I passed on Mar 11. I've also been sent to scheduling per CASS since the 5th as well. How long after this step do they generally call? I know it's different for everyone but have others waited this long?Geo: Reapplied to El Paso under 15-2

It will be almost impossible to get a position in East Texas. For what I've read, scheduling unit is actually offering ppl to transfer somewhere else.
Look into this and maybe think of changing location.
I applied for North East (by mistake) and will be reapplying to Central East on the 15-2 announcement.

Hello everyone, does anybody know at what point in the process will I find out whether my waiver residency requirement has been approved or not? Also will I get the chance to further explain the reason why I was out of the country? After my undergrad I applied for grad school in Europe where I studied abroad for almost 8 months. I have copies of transcripts with exams taken and dates from the foreign university as proof. However before reaching the end of the first academic year I dropped out and joined the army. I am really hoping I won’t get disqualified at the end of the hiring process for something like this or I know that would be tough to digest. Like most of you, I already went through the VBT/SI and waiting for the polygraph call... Hopefully as I am reaching the end of the process I am just getting over worried for no reason

I submitted my E-qip on Friday March 20. I applied for the Central East Coast because I had no other choice. I currently hold a Top Secret with the Army so hopefully they just transfer it over and I don't have to wait on a lengthy investigation.CBPO 14-3
