        Pft minimum wasn't 24. If I'm not mistaking it was 12

                        most high school tracks, ride it on your bike first on the road to measure, etc,... I converted it to miles (I believe it is an eight of a mile, so I practice running a quarter mile at the necessary speed on my treadmill. then do the sit ups, push-ups, and run.
