I had to submit additional testing results for vision so no worries give it time.

      • VBT tomorrow. Suit or no suit?

Mscott, it looks like a bunch of posters here are central East coast. That area is moving faster than any other, so I think you'll be fine. That math portion would have been a cake walk if they allowed calculators. Haha.

Thank you rwong013, I know I have little choice but to wait. Its just demoralizing, I bought a math study book, have a master's degree and studied for like 30 hours. I just can't figure out how I could do so poorly, maybe its because I have been out of school for 7 years and working. But I guess if a 77 gets a TO, then its somewhat irrelevant. It just feels like that score is too low to get a TO.

              • Hello guys, first time I post but I come once in a while to read.

I'm a 13-1 applicant live in the NY area. I received a call to schedule my polygraph and the agent offer me to go to out of state to have it done because she doesn't think it will happen anytime soon up here since they are so busy and don't have enough personal.

I thought about for 2 days and called her back, I schedule my poly. I have to pay for all my expenses.

I scored around the same range as you and got a TO. Keep your head up

Hey :-). Good to hear you guys haven't lost hope yet. I'm 14-2 and idk if I could have as much patience as you older applicants have. Did she give you an option to wait it out until you could do it in NY/NJ or no ?

                      • Idk why they are sending you guys so far out of state for poly's...I was offered to go to DC which is more reasonable. I was pretty much told take it or leave it and that I couldn't wait to do it in NJ/NYC.

They must literally only have 2 maybe 3 poly examiners in the tri-state.

The wait in NY/NJ is EXTREMELY long, so it's best to go to another state. If it's feasible for any Central East Coast applicants, go to DC or VA

I as told they only have 2 examiners in up in this area. I had the option to wait until it was my turn but I decided to just flight Sunday Night and come Monday after the exam. Who knows if my turn was going to be in Dec of this year or later.

As of the 13-1 vs newer ppl, remember females have priority right now because of the high demand. Maybe that worked on you favor.
