Same thing with me. I called my case manager yesterday morning. She said when I called that they are way behind but will make sure she got to me before the day was over. She sent me an email yesterday afternoon saying I needed to redo my Eqip and signature pages. So I'd give your case manager a call to see what's up.
May you meet upon the level and part upon the square

        • BAD NEWS: Received the NOPA letter.

GOOD NEWS: All they want is my proof of U.S. citizenship.

I was born on a U.S. military base in Incirlik, Turkey. My father was in the Army at the time stationed there.

So, do I need to scan my birth certificate, upload it, and email them? Is that the only document you think they'd need? Or should I also emai my birth abroad sheet, too?

Thank you. I'm so glad for NOPA we can email them instead of mailing it out.

EDIT-Also, what do you guys think I should enter under subject line for when I email my response?

Did they say email or fax? Do what they ask as I need to fax my letter to the appropriate IA personnel.

Send every single thing you can get your hands on to prove you're a U.S. citizen. Scan & fax any information that will aide in your NOPA. Your birth certificate, birth abroad sheet, any information on your parents and that they are both U.S. citizens at the time of your birth (if they were), any formal letters indicating you're a U.S. citzen. Hell send in your voter registration card if you think that would help.

Just send enough information to clarify their question. Also if they asked you formally, write them back formally. Google NOPA template for guidance, just don't copy paste anything and switch one or two words.

            Good luck buddy.

            • It says to email or send it back to address. Nothing about fax. The email link is on the second to last page I think.

                  Just sent the email.

I re-checked it. It says we're strongly encouraged to email our response in order to ensure it's received in a timely manner. The assigned adjudicator I'm guessing is S. Goode. That's what it says on my sheet, and that's who I would have to mail back to.

I just wrote a small letter apologizing for the issue, and stated how I believe in the agency's mission, and at the bottom, included my app id and ssn.

I really can't see this being a big issue. All they want is additional document.

One question, though. Is it possible that I can receive more NOPAs in the future, or did they pick through my BI already, found the citizenship issue, and that's it? You'd think so if they found any other issues, and would've included it in the NOPA I received.

From what I read on Delphi Forums, you could get another NOPA from another issue but most of what I read was after your Poly.

Aahaha, I was right, it was NOPA, an easy one. Did you submit any proof if your citizenship to eqip?

I didn't get an email either, but I sent one to my case manager asking if it was received and she said it was.
