Just a word of advice, the pigs ups are a lot easier with the 4 inch block, and if you read the instructions on sit ups it says that if you get stick in the down position use your hands to pull yourself up. Although that won't count as one you can take a breather in the up position and then let your weight drop you back and bounce off the ground, use this for those last few you need to bang out.

Proposed Unsuitability Determination
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows what the chances are of being found suitable after resigning in lieu of termination from a prior job (over 5 years ago). My personnel file reflects a resignation, but I agreed to withdraw my appeal of the termination (it was a state governement job) and they allowed me to resign. The whole incident was based on allegations that I accessed my personal e-mail ONE time at work (violation of the work policy) and none of my supervisors agreed with what happened and they will all give me good reviews. I also received unemployment compensation afterwards because it was deemed that I did not engage in "intentional misconduct."
Any experience or insight is appreciated.
Thanks.

Sup all, read the forums every day here. Not new as I joined in 2010 but barely post and haven't posted since my last try in CBP which was in 2012. I had to withdraw my application since an injury but now I reapplied and would like to share my timeline. I was able to use my test score from 2012 so it's a good thing.
