But I agree, I can't wait to go throw some weights around either.

      Thursday. lol
Yes, I've visited twice and the whole place is beautiful. From what I can remember, they have 2 trailers dedicated as gyms with all kind of equipment, a basketball court, and a lot of Matt rooms for different kind of trainings!! A track outside, an obstacle course, and rope and pull up bars outside as well.

And I do apologize future, you were correct about the breathing technique for the push ups!

I have yet to respond (have until the 11th), seeing an attorney on Tuesday who hopefully will help me draft it. I can't afford to screw this up!

A few little things such a couple instances of marijuana use in my youth, and 7 years ago resigning from a job on not the most favorable circumstances (didn't steal or do anything bad or anything).

It doesn't seem like those are necessarily disqualifiers, but it all rests on how you respond so I hear (and I guess an affidavit won't hurt either). I'm gonna try not to really worry about it, nor get excited for the job just yet. Just leave it in HIS hands and accept whatever outcome there is.

The biggest thing with aNOPA response is mitigation. You need to be able to explain the situation. The biggest mitigation is TIME. But depending on the reason of the NOPA there can be other mitigation factors.

Thanks. I guess the most intimidating part is not really knowing what they are looking for with specific issues. But in this case, I guess time is on my side.

Smoking weed and doing dumb things as a kid wouldn't kick you out of the hiring process unless the examiner said you're still hiding something.

Not trying to be rude, but I don't think we know the entire situation.
