The exam is different now. So no one is really familiar with that exam.
And since it's computerized now and not scan-tron, it may be quicker.
When it was on paper, it took me a week and a half to get my results.

My background investigator had to follow up on some things from when I lived in Michigan, as I live in Texas now. Nothing major. He said he is sending in my file to Virginia tonight and they will have it in the morning. So we will see what happens next.

    • I ran 1.5 miles today for 16 minutes. It was better than last time but I wanna be down to less than 15 minutes. I ran with a friend who is an avid runner.

I am trying to get everything ready for my BI tomorrow. Some people called me saying that investigators called them this week.

Try adding some weight on your body as you run. Ankle bracelets or backpack with weights.

No offense, but ankle weights are a BAD idea. Doing this will add so much stress to your feet, ankles, and knees. Not only that, but your stride will be affected, too.

Jade, try doing something called HIIT. That'll help increase your endurance.

            • High Intensity Interval Training - Stuff does wonders; do a nice google search, and it will help a lot for your time.
I used to do 1 minute of a slow SLOW jog, just above a fast walk. then for 15- 20 seconds, run your hardest, push yourself.
Then back to 1 minute of slow jogging, repeat that 8 times. It will definitely help your stamina and endurance.
A lot of people use it for fat blasting, and getting excess weight off you.

It's crazy to think that we could be heading to the academy later this year!

As far as I know just one. When I met up with her she said she hadn't done one in a while and that it would take a few weeks to complete her report. Met
With her today to clear a few things up so I'm hoping she's almost done. Not sure how long it takes once she submits it. Good luck with you man!

                      • High intensity interval training (HIIT) is something new to me as I haven't done it before but I'm going too.

As far as I heard, there are at least 4 investigators who are doing my BI in multiple states. I feel like I am almost there like kattle said but then again I don't wanna keep my hopes up until I get the EOD call. I can only wish at this point.

They want as little on your person as possible when going for the VBT/SI.

Remember; they have everything they need as far as the resume goes, from when you applied.
                          Thanks!
