Has anyone on here had to recert or ,as we've been told, "re-clear" their background due to the year expiration after the final adjudication? It's been two months since IA's had the file for the second time and not a peep from them. They haven't requested an update to equip or anything. Just wondering what your experience was like if you've been through this, and get some expectation on the timeframe to complete the round two of the BG.
Cheers!

No, you cannot change geographic location after you've selected a location. In order to change locations, an applicant must withdraw his/her current application and re-apply under a new announcement.
This one is tricky because you are not guaranteed another TSL if you withdraw (CBP's language not mine). However, with the purported mass hiring to happen in the near future perhaps the chances of receiving another TSL might not be so dicey after all. Who knows? Just make sure the Port you wish to work at is part of the vacancy announcement before you withdraw. Good luck.Last edited by StoneFace; 07-03-2013, 08:24 AM.
