Good luck man, I got mine next week. Do you know if you just get one chance for the sprint? I'm nervous I'm going to do something silly like trip and have it all go up in smoke.

I am going to assume they are "go" "no go" exercises which means one chance, with that being said they give you a lot of time for that sprint so you don't have to go crazy to hit the number.

          • I met with my BI on feb 26th. How long does it usually take to find out if I got the all clear. I cleared my poly a month ago. I will have all green checks so I want to be prepared. I have told my wife that we can get the call in two months or two years. Which is nerve wracking with 2 toddlers and a mortgage. I am already FED Law enforcement so at least I will get some transitional leave but none the less its a cross country move. Well back to the question at hand how long does it usually take from BI interview to green check or god forbid the other outcome.

            Thanks,
            Joe

The PFT2 is pretty straightforward, but very annoying. Essentially, whichever part you fail, you are asked to leave and not to continue.

First part is vitals, pass and you move on. Fail, then you are asked to leave.
              Second, sprint.
              Third, situps.
              Fourth, pushups.
              Fifth and last, run.

The time for a sprint is pretty generous. If you have been running and working out, then you should be ok.

Good luck and hope it goes well.

Joe, some have gotten the call as little as two weeks and others have gotten it 2-4 months.
It really depends on how deep your history is and if there are any redflags/questionable items that come up.
