Every port is different but at my swearing in, the 2 star port director said $35,000 is the overtime cap and that people were applying for waivers. As awesome as making an extra 35K is, I don't want to work that much. That's like setting up a cot in primary.

slightly off topic but does anyone have the cbp approved list for off duty holsters? got any opinions/recommendations on the concealment holsters? need to pick one up or at least research some. Appreciate it.CBPO

There is a partial list of holsters that meet policy kicking around. That list you ought to be able to get from your FI guys or through CBPnet by clicking on OTD, then Use of Force Policy Division and then searching "Use of Force Handbook" and/or "equipment list".
Basically, any quality holster with at least one restraining device that encases the trigger-guard when holstered will meet policy.
