It includes a nutrition guide etc. I only followed it 2/3 way through and when I took my PFT1 I did 40 push-ups and passed with flying colors. (5'2 and 110)
Great advice my friend twink, do weights with me and she is 4'11 108 and she did 57 push ups!!! :-0 so do weights is a great advice!! Plus run run run! I'm pretty sure she will do less than 12 min easy! ;-)

You will not need a resume at the VBT/SI and it will not be accepted.

Heard another guy on here got his poly scheduled on Monday in DC and anybody with in an 8 hour driving distance would be going there to take it. I was just curious why he got it scheduled and I didn't. He was from Newark figured since we are so close I would get that call soon as well, still waiting though. I would rather have a call with an EOD though lol.
Where some else is in the process, even if your have similar timelines and live in the same geographic locatation, has absolutely no bearing on how fast or slow your process is going to be.

Firebug thanks for your insight and I figured that but I was still hoping. Especially since IA told me I was going to be scheduled for a poly that was very new development. Every other time I called the response I got was "its still pending with the adjudicator". So I was hoping my call would be coming soon after his. I should have known better then to try and predict anything.

            • Wow, I'm so thankful to you ladies! You all try to give me the best advice you can. I'm very much encouraged. I actually started preparing almost a month ago when I got the written test result. I saw on the 100 push-up book that it's not advised to do it every day because the muscle won't get rested to gain more strength, something like that. So I've been doing it every other day, following the book, started with the preliminary version. I think it's time for me to pick up more pace.
Acosta87, could you forward that fitness program to me? Thanks.
Hikari, I will take a look at the Chalene Extreme too. Right now I'm willing to look into any program that'll help me on this.
And Twink, thanks for your nice advice too.
Ladies, I will try my best and let you know some good news soon.

Yeah, I started running. But in a wrong way. I went to a training program of police officer where they run 3 miles on hilly roads for beginner. So I came home and started running up the hill. Unfortunately, my knees couldn't take too much. Plus, I went to the police program again and ran 1.5 mile for testing. Now I can't even walk without pain for several days. But I can still practice pushups and strength training. Thanks.

                • Hey guys! For those who just get access to CASS and those who have been impatiently checking CASS repeatedly for updates, for your information CASS updates every Tuesday and Thursday (twice a week). I have been checking every morning for green marks on CASS, and therefore I have confirmed that update schedule on my own. I got my Medical green check on Tuesday morning 08/21 (around 2 or 3 AM) and my SI/VBT green check on Thursday morning 08/23 (around 2 or 3 AM).

                              • I also had to sign the "Provisional Clear" form. Is this standard? Is it normal and every applicant has to turn it in? Or is it only for people that are going to get interim clearance?
