I think she had no idea if my BI had cleared or not. More questions then answers lol. Heard another guy on here got his poly scheduled on Monday in DC and anybody with in an 8 hour driving distance would be going there to take it. I was just curious why he got it scheduled and I didn't. He was from Newark figured since we are so close I would get that call soon as well, still waiting though. I would rather have a call with an EOD though lol.

Wow, I'm so thankful to you ladies! You all try to give me the best advice you can. I'm very much encouraged. I actually started preparing almost a month ago when I got the written test result. I saw on the 100 push-up book that it's not advised to do it every day because the muscle won't get rested to gain more strength, something like that. So I've been doing it every other day, following the book, started with the preliminary version. I think it's time for me to pick up more pace.
Acosta87, could you forward that fitness program to me? Thanks.
Hikari, I will take a look at the Chalene Extreme too. Right now I'm willing to look into any program that'll help me on this.
And Twink, thanks for your nice advice too.
Ladies, I will try my best and let you know some good news soon.

Hey guys! For those who just get access to CASS and those who have been impatiently checking CASS repeatedly for updates, for your information CASS updates every Tuesday and Thursday (twice a week). I have been checking every morning for green marks on CASS, and therefore I have confirmed that update schedule on my own. I got my Medical green check on Tuesday morning 08/21 (around 2 or 3 AM) and my SI/VBT green check on Thursday morning 08/23 (around 2 or 3 AM).CBPO

I also had to sign the "Provisional Clear" form. Is this standard? Is it normal and every applicant has to turn it in? Or is it only for people that are going to get interim clearance?
Originally posted by acosta87 View PostYeah i took the polygraph a few months ago...I did have to sign a paper which says something about entering on duty before the completion of my background. Its called a provisional clear well thats what the form says lolBPA
