Maybe write a letter to your congressman. I'd say give it a shot doesn't hurt to try, but I think once you have failed that's it. I'm sorry Endy.
I will contest the results. I have taken poly before and I have passed. I don't know what happened this time.

      1. Bureau of Prisons are some large out of shape people. Typically partiers that are downright reckless on the weekends. Bottom of the totem pole and they embrace it LOL

      2. Get in shape before FLETC. So many people don't pass the first physical test when you get here. The physical classes here won't get you in shape.

LOL i have read post from FLECT since like 2007 and BoP stands for Belly over Pants ehahaha... if you cant pass a 1.5 mile run with some push ups and some sit ups i dont want you by my side on a Sector...... thats funny.

Hey whats a typical day/week there? did they gave u a packing list of what to and not to bring? im just to Army schools where they tell you to bring certain stuff.

A friend broke his leg at the K9 academy and was sent home 3 days before graduation. He has to do it ALL over again. Not sure if FLETC is the same way, but I am assuming so!

                  • I stand corrected, they are 6c covered now. That is weird they don't move them to the GL scale. Good luck from what I saw at FLETC they have an awesome firearms course of fire.

6C and 12D refer to different sections of the 'LEO' retirement law under 5USC.

6C is the old retirement system for those hired before 1984...give or take a bit.
Even though many people refer to '6C', they actually usually talking of 12D.

12D is the current retirement of CBPOs, "LEOs" and a handful of other positions.
20 years at 1.7%. 1% for years beyond 20. Mandatory retirement at 57.(for most)

What part of KY? I had KY as my pref, but was told that CVG and Louisville are considered OH, so I had to switch to the Midwest. Not happy.
