How many months did you wait between the time your BI was submitted by the investigator and you calling IA?

I waited 3 weeks. Only to find out it had been flagged 3 days after i had turned in my e-quip and had not heard anything. As soon as I called IA they got in touch with MHC and I had an email within minutes stating there had been a problem. Then, once MHC looked it over again they saw that there was no problem with it and it shouldnt have been kicked back. so they returned it to IA. I now have a Personnel Division Specialist that I am dealing with. I was trying not to bug in order not to tire the people in Washington but I have learned thru this process that every time I have had consideration regarding not calling them there is always something wrong and it is not till I call them that anything gets done about it. I would call just to be on the safe side in order not be skipped.

thanks for the feedback, I just called them, from the recording it sounds like they stop answering phones after 4pm, EST. Left my info, I'll update once they call me back.

I've left a message three times over the past few months have never received a callback.

I just received my NOR from the written test and it states I did not pass. I took the written for Immigration Enforcement Agent (very similar if I'm not mistaken) a couple years ago and passed easily. I have never failed any written test.

My NOR doesn't give a score. Is there any way to find out my actual score? Could it be a problem with my Scantron sheet?

For everyone doing their Eqip: Do NOT list everyone for "cohabitants". They only want individuals that you have a "spousal" relationship with. I learned this the hard way. I wish they would specify on the Eqip... :/

try again today. it was the same for me yesterday. I emailed them and they said those NOR were sent by mistake. they would resend this week or next. logged on today and the link was there to upload my docs so i uploaded them.

Was anyone on here able to upload the required documents into usatestmanager?

I am using a previous test score and I received my NOR today. I am required to log into usatestmanager and upload documents such as OF-306, transcripts, etc. When I log into usatestmanager, I do not see where I am supposed to upload the documents. All I see is the name of the test I took and the date. That's it.

I did the same thing and had to re submit my e-qip it was pain. I totally agree I thought Cohabitants meant anyone you reside with, they even say include roommates. I agree they need to specify better online.

Strange. I received a call back within an hour. Make sure your message is crystal-clear; I assume they won't even bother with it if they have a hard time understanding your voicemail.

They always were very good at getting back to me. I would leave a message at 12 and I'd get a call back around 1, 1:30. I agree with Vivra if the message isn't clear then they won't call back. If it's in the afternoon they will call the next morning. If you get no response after two days call again in the morning. They will get back to you. They always did for me.

I have several suggestions.

First, I would not refer to the people who work in Human Resources as monkeys. These are the folks that have much to do with how fast or if you get hired.

Second, answer your home phone if you really want the job. Once you get the job you can worry about which phone you want them to call. However, be prepared that you will still be expected to answer your home phone when home as well as the cell phone.
