Ya met my investigator in July also. She handed it in sometime in Aug not sure when. Haven't recieved a NOPA or anything hopefully that doesnt happen to me but now you got me worried. Its frustrating seeing all these 2011 testers get picked up before us. No offense to you guys.

Took me 3 years, 2 full BI's, and a Poly to finally get a fully adjudicated BI... Patience is a virtue...
4 years for the whole process, and saw many people go by while I was still waiting.

Yoda ya I've been reading this forum for over a year now and I know how long you waited. You have some pretty impressive patience haha. Dont get me wrong I will wait as long as it takes to get this job. I just was hoping bc I chose Arizona as my geo it would move quicker. Its ok though I know this job is worth the wait.

If your BI has been in the hands of IA for adjudication for over 6 mos you might want to give them a call... The problem right now is all the new people that were picked up with a passed Poly and no full BI that have been pushed to the academy... IA will have to have those cleared before they graduate... hence the delay for the other applicants still in the pipeline. Give them a call and find out if they have even begun to adjudicate your file... I know some here have called and can send you the number.

It's been 4 years and 1 week for me. I had eye surgery, beat a NOPA, and just recertified my background. I actually spoke to someone in IA for the 1st time and my file had made it to her desk. She said that because of that, I had eliminated at least 3 steps in the process.

My friends and family pretty much have stopped asking me about the process.

I remember 3.5 years ago, I was on a family vacation and I didn't want to miss "The Call" so I forwarded all of my calls to my cell phone and checked my email constantly. Just got back from Disney 2 weeks ago and I didn't forward a thing this time.

I'm not putting a bunch of energy into this process anymore. My sanity can't take it.

Thanks Yoda, i called IA last month its been assigned to an adjudicator and is pending her review. I think they got a little annoyed with me calling so I'm trying to hold of for a bit. Thanks for the info Yoda much appreciated.

I had phone number for them a while back, but lost it. Would you mind sharing? I want to see if my BI has been assigned to an adjudicator and I know if you don't call the right number, you will just go in circles.

Falco, the number for IA is 1-202-344-2600. Just follow the prompts and leave a message. Depending in when you call they should get back to you that day. They are really good at that. As long as you dont call often they are usually happy to answer your questions.

Forza is right, thats how I got my number. On a side note any other dec 2010 testers left. Sitting here waiting for my BI to clear geo is Arizona. BI has been with the adjudicator since oct/nov. My life has become a waiting room haha. Everything else is green and ready to go.

I am a December 2010 tester for the Midwest. I'm submitting my E-QIP today, hopefully it won't take forever. Good luck to you! Just hang in there...

When do they call/email/mail about the drug test?

I called them for something, and I asked her about that while she was on the phone. She said it is completely random. I do believe she said the call, if I remember correctly.
