Last week I got THE call
Took my PFT2 on friday and passed
My EOD was scheduled for 9/26 for SYS
and Flect 10/14
But a few minutes ago I got another call saying that my Background has gone into 'pending' again, and due to this my EOD has to be cancelled indefinitely
Has this happened to anyone here? Or maybe one of you knows someone with my situation
What can I expect? How long might this take?
Thank you

AUO is essentially straight time OT. The main benefit is it's largely guaranteed. 25% for an average of 10 extra hours per week, give or take. COPRA is double time overtime for anything over an eight hour day or 40 hour week. That's assuming a person hasn't agreed to an AWS. The main drawback to COPRA OT is that there's no guarantee. You might see 40 hour weeks or 60+ hour weeks...it all depends on the particulars of the needs of the port.
