you are able to change your GEO by emailing MHC. I think you have to change your GEO before you get your T.O

for further clarification, you can look through some pages in this forum, most questions were already answered here.

Got my PFT2 on Sept. 2!!

So I emailed dhs today about my VBT/SI and CASS updates. They emailed me back,
"We have your passing results. CASS does not update daily. It will reflect the next time it updates."


I also emailed them about my BI and finger print cards and they responded,

"I reviewed your record and it looks like we have received your fingerprint cards. However, one has highlighter on it and we cannot accept a card with highlighter. We will send you a new card in the mail shortly for you to fill out and return. Once we receive that card, we will be able to forward your forms to the security office."


I also emailed about my fitness going green but not my Medical.(I did both the same day).

"We have not yet received your medical exam in our office as it is still being reviewed by our Medical Officer. It can take between 4-6 weeks (sometimes longer) before we receive the exam in our office. Please feel free to check back with us in 2-3 weeks for status."
