Credit Background Check
So its been two years now. My Drug test is now "pending" as most I have read here already. My question now is the Credit Checks. With the economy and what not, the banks took away or cancelled my remainder of my credit line. Example BofA gave me a $27K line credit card and now reduced it to the Balance oweing little above owe of $7K.
Credit Scored Dropped from 750 to 690 when that happen. Pretty much made me look like I over spent. Then in 2009 Business of 15 years closed. Had a 100K credit line I am unable to pay back or make payments. It was a corp, but had personally guarantee (business closed - no income) So its now charged off/Collections. Dropped score to 620.
This all happened in the last year and will be turning 38. Probably Screwed. Any comments appricated.Test: Approx...April 2008 (Sooo Long ago I can't Remember!)

A 2 year probation gave management plenty of time to document multiple reasons to let someone go...and it also gave someone who was 'in the doghouse' a better chance to bring out his 'A-game' and work to keep his job.
The average hire spends:
1 month in pre-academy
4 months at FLETC
1-3 months on limited duty doing post-academy training.
That leaves somewhere between 2-4 months of a timeframe where a new hire is doing 'real work' on the job, before management is forced to decide 'yea' or 'nay'.
That's not a whole lot of time to make much of a judgement on, either way, if you ask me.
