Her divorce was final last month. We have to wait til Dec. for ours to be final and it has been Hell! He does not follow any of the judges orders because he thinks he doesn't have to because he is a Fed. Last time i checked, Fedral Law Enforcement Officers still have to follow the law!
I work for the Feds; I have seen a lot of infidelity in the work place. Most office romance's has come back to burn the individuals involved, especially when they worked the same hours. What I have seen is that eventually things will go sour with his new girlfriend and he will be stuck working with her. The grass is always looks greener on the other side until you get over to the other side and the water is shut off.
Get a lawyer, if you don't already have one, or go down and get someone to walk you through the legal process to help you get the support for you and your child. There are people who work for the state wherever you may live whose job it is to get you child and family support. Here is California; they will garnish checks if they have to. Considering your soon to be x husband works for the Federal government it should not be difficult to get your support. There are ways of making him pay even if he does not want to. I work with a guy who got called down to our human resource office because he missed a child support payment and got in hot water, you just have to find out how it all works and you will be all set.

That's great news if that is what has been holding back the calls.

Is that your favorite show? Or, is that more like a perspective type post.

Had he done so, then just about any MI attorney would have gladly taken your case, and your spouse would be in deep doo-doo with CBP.
It is still going on here in MI.

                    • D22,

I don't know exactly how you feel, but I know I would be devastated. I don't know if the answers you may seek will be here on this forum. For me I would be circling my support wagons around me. Spiritually, Financially and health wise, make sure you and your child are safe.

                      Good Luck,

It probably doesn't feel that way right now, but he is the one that will have to answer questions one day from your 9 year old. Try to stay strong for him or her. Your baby is going to need to see that YOU'LL get through this. Kids are resilient, but you're being scrutinized right now. Try to be the rock that he/she needs and it may help (even a little bit) to keep your mind off of your terrible situation. Try everyday to find one thing together that makes you both laugh, no matter how stupid. Fart with your armpits or give them a wedgie. Maybe that can be your island. Hang in there.
I have learned that the best revenge you can have on a girl that sleeps with your husband is....... let her have him!

Lesson to you all: Don't EVER let the badge change you into a lawless abusive bully!!!

                        Enough said.
