Probably a class in the Spring of 2006 and the fall of 2006.
Generally, there are two classes a year. When will the military let you out?
Will they let you out early? You can now follow me on twitter.Comment

Palace chase
You would probably have no problem doing palace chase if you switched over to one of the NY National Guard units. Once with the guard, they will be extremely flexible with the academy.
Here is a link to get the ball rolling for you. You may need to access it from a military computer though...
It has all the forms, intructions, FAQ section and other information...Comment

As to getting out early, well as soon a congress approves it, my MOS (MP) is in high demand, no one gets out early, h#$%, your lucky to get out at all. As to the age, I work with 50+ year olds now, that out run, and out bench me, age is a state of mind, and it will only beat you, when you let it. IComment

That sure changes things... I was Air Force SP so the only thing that impacted us was "stop loss" after Sept 11th. Once that was lifted some of the guys switched over under palace chase to the reserves and the guard to pursue civilian LE jobs.
Good luck and thank you for serving our country!Comment
