What are the chances of getting into the 208 class if your medical is in two weeks? I’m hearing 40 Females and 211 Males were invited to the medical before this.

Anyone know if the entire first 4100 was used towards the January class or will some spill over into the next class?

I think only the top % of the next group was given the chance. One friend of mine was ranked 31xx and she didn’t get the email to have the choice. If i were to guess i’d say ranks between 2300 and 3000? Could be wrong but just some food for thought

One of my friends ranked 27xx and he was told he will be in the summer class if everything goes well by his polygraph investigator. It seems like classes are sorta all over the place if you go by ranks

I want to know the same thing. I know they waiting for the budget to get approved and I’m sure it’s going to get approved due to the lack of troopers out there. But I wonder what rank number they will call to. I heard from someone that they trying to go through the whole list but then again I heard from someone else they want to reach rank 6k so idk.

NYSP would need budget approval to hire another 250 so whenever they get approval is probably when they will process again. Anyone know anything about when budget approval happens?

They look over our “information” after the medical exam once more. People have gotten disqualified even after the uniform fitting. I went in November and someone I know got removed even after that weekend.
