  • Pinalles county S.O.

I passed the oral-board on 9/15, I am waiting for the written physc evaluation and still have not heard anything back. My experiance with the two other S.O. that I worked for was that the hiring process was completed in 2-3 months. Does anyone work for this S.O. or have experiance with the hiring process? I read that they have 8.5 hour shifts(I prefer this as opposed to 12 hour shifts). What is there takehome policy(can you use the patrol car for errands and do you pay gas)? I worked in one S.O. were you paid for gas(you were allowed to use vehicle for personnal errands) and another were you did not pay for gas but it had to be parked if not in use for official business. How is the work enviroment (does the brass support their deputys)? Thanks in advance Allamerican.
