Phoenix area departments?

I'm making a list of departments that hire entry-level officers in the Phoenix area. So far, I have:

Phoenix
Tempe
Mesa
Scottsdale
Glendale
Avondale
Chandler
Gilbert

Am I missing any? And yes, I'm aware of MCSO, but they have a pretty bad reputation... I hear a lot of stories of people jumping ship after a year. I'll consider them, too, but... well, you know

Add DPS to your list. They will tell you up front that you will have Metro if that is what you want (when you get the official job offer). Also add Peoria and Surprise on there.
