Collier County, Florida Test Results

A few months ago there were several guys on here that were getting ready to test with Collier County Sheriff's Office. Was just wondering on the progress that they made. How about an update guys.

I got the job but turned it down. I couldn't take the chance of moving from Michigan to Naples with the high cost of housing in the area and there starting pay wasn't to good.

I just got called last week to be notified that my BI was done and to reschedule another trip down there to finish my poly. Planning on heading down there on the 10th of July to knock that out. HR wouldn't tell me if everything else went well, but she said it was a very good sign if they were asking me to come back down. My other job didn't work out, so I will be taking a position if they offer me one.

Too bad you had to turn it down..its a really great agency to work for and it is understandable about the cost of living down here. Im actually planning on leaving the agency and move up to North Carolina. I cant stand the Florida heat anymore...looking for a more seasonal area. North Carolina is supposed to be beatuful but i dont know much about the police agencies up there but im gonna start applying.
