  • Letters of recommendation?

    Greetings officers,

I have a couple questions regarding letters of reccomendation.
Is it a good idea to submit a letter of rec.? At what point during the hiring process should the letters be introduced? Should I give them to the recruiting officer, or wait till the oral boards and give each board member a copy of their own to view? How common is it for potential candidates to submit a letter for consideration? \

    Thanks.

I have always submitted my letters of rec. with my initial application - I stick them in after all of my certifications, commendations, and awards. It's probably not a good idea to take them with you to the oral board. In fact, I would just go to that in a nice suit with an open mind.
If it wasn't for STUPID PEOPLE I'd be unemployed.
