If anyone is curious, I was told that the primary selection for the third announcement process ends in the next two weeks. After that HQ makes the final selections based off of recommendations by the SAC for who will get COE and be pushed through to the pre-employment medical, psych, polygraph and clearance process. Also told any one being selected will have to go to NJ on their own dime for the testing.
